At Sleepmax, we follow a strict No Refund Policy while ensuring customer satisfaction through product exchanges or replacements. Products kept in their original packing, with intact tags, bills, and in their original condition, are eligible for return or exchange under the terms and conditions specified on our website. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within the specified timeframe after receiving the product. Below are the conditions under this policy:

  • Incorrect Product Order/Delivery
    • Action: The correct product will be delivered upon returning the original product. Any price difference will either be charged to the customer or refunded as a Sleepmax gift voucher.
  • Order Cancellations
    • The order amount will be credited to the customer in the form of a Sleepmax gift voucher.
  • Delayed Delivery
    • No refunds will be issued for delays of up to 10 days beyond the committed delivery timeline.
  • Product Quality Issues (e.g., Sagging, Bloating)
    • A replacement or a prorated e-gift code will be provided in line with our warranty terms and conditions.
  • Damage During Dispatch
    • If verified and accepted as a dispatch-related issue, the product will be replaced.
  • Gift Vouchers
    • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or canceled. Refunds or replacements will only occur if the returned product passes all quality checks.
  • Incorrect Size & Comfort Issues
    • No refunds will be provided. Logistics charges up to ₹2,500 will apply for replacements with the correct size.
  • In-Transit Products
    • Products in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Altered Product Configuration
    • Products with changes to their original configuration will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Warranty Validity
    • `Warranty claims are valid only if the mattress is used as per the care instructions provided.
  • Transportation Costs
    • Customers must bear transportation costs incurred during the redressal process.
  • Excluded Damages

    • The company’s decision will be final regarding defect evaluation and warranty applicability.

Returns and Refund Policy

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange for Purchases Made on Our Website

Step 1

Call the Sleepmax Customer Support Team at +91 704593 8899 or email us at support@Sleepmax.co.in within 10 days of product delivery to raise a return request. Our team will evaluate if your purchase qualifies for a return and guide you through the next steps. Please note that only standard-size mattresses are eligible for returns. Sleep accessories, bed linen, are not eligible for return requests at this time.

Step 2

Fill in the Sleepmax Order Return Form. Once your request is validated, we will confirm acceptance within 24 hours and notify you at every step via email.

Step 3

We will send you a return package containing the necessary packing material and documents, which include:

Zipper Cover: A durable PVC zipper cover to safely pack the mattress and protect it from additional damage during transit.

Waybill: A document with the return address details (FROM: You, TO: Sleepmax).

Invoice Copy: A physical copy of your original invoice.

Step 4

After receiving the return package, pack the mattress securely in the provided zipper cover. Attach the Waybill to the package and ensure the invoice and required documents are ready. Hand over the packed mattress and documents to our courier partner for return.

Return Criteria for Products

Products must be purchased only from www.Sleepmax.co.in and not through any other online or offline retailer.

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery by contacting customer support.

Products should be free from stains, marks, holes, or damage caused by the customer.

All tags and original packaging must remain intact and be returned with the product.

The original invoice must be included with the return.

Products must be in a sellable condition.

Note:

Consumer promotion items/freebies cannot be returned unless we have delivered an incorrect product or size.

Sleepmax is not responsible for products purchased outside www.Sleepmax.co.in. Any such products sent to us will not be accepted.
