If you need to initiate a return or exchange for a purchase made on our website, here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Contact the SleepMax Customer Support Team at 7045938899 or email us at support@sleepmax.in within 10 days of receiving your product. Our team will assess if your purchase qualifies for a return and guide you through the process. Please note that currently, only standard-size mattresses are eligible for returns. Sleep accessories, bed linen, and furniture cannot be returned at this time.
Step 2: Complete the Sleepmax Order Return Form. We will review and approve your return request within 24 hours. You will receive email notifications at every stage of the process.
Step 3: We will send you our return package, including packing materials and return documents:
– A Zipper Cover: A PVC cover to pack the mattress securely, ensuring it reaches us without any further damage.
– Waybill: A copy containing both your address (FROM) and our address (TO).
– Invoice Copy: A physical copy of your order invoice.
Step 4:Upon receiving the packing materials, pack your mattress and affix the Waybill to the zipper cover. Have the package ready for pickup, and hand it over to our courier partner along with the mattress, invoice, and other documents.
Return Criteria for Products:
– Products must be purchased exclusively from www.SleepMax.in and not from any other retailer, online or offline.
– Return requests must be raised within 10 days of product delivery by contacting our customer support team.
– The product(s) must be free from stains, marks, stitches, or holes caused by the consumer.
– All tags and original packaging must remain intact and be returned with the product(s).
– The original invoice must be included with the returned product(s).
– Product(s) must reach us in a sellable condition.
– Returns will not be accepted for consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. However, we will accept returns if the wrong product or size was sent.
Refund Policy
After we receive a complaint, the product will be picked up from customers residence and a a refund will be initiated within 7 days We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
– Incorrect product orders/delivery: Corrected product will be delivered upon return of the previous product. Any additional amount for the new product is the customer’s responsibility or will be credited as a SleepMax gift voucher.
– Order cancellations: The order amount will be credited as a Sleepmax gift voucher.
– Delayed order delivery (up to 10 days beyond committed timelines).
– Product quality issues: Product replacement or prorated amount will be provided as per warranty terms and conditions.
– Dispatch damage: Damaged products will be replaced upon verification and acceptance of the damage during dispatch.
– Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned or cancelled. Replacement or refund will be provided if the product successfully passes all quality checks after return.
– Incorrect size and comfort issues: No refunds will be provided. Logistics charges up to Rs. 2500 will apply in such cases.
– Products in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
– Any alteration to the original product configuration.
– Warranty is valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken as per the provided instructions.
– Any transportation costs during the redressal process must be borne by the customer.
– Damages not listed specifically herein will not qualify for return or refund.
– The company’s decision regarding defects and warranty applicability is final.
